Matt is a dedicated and highly experienced physiotherapist with a particular focus on supporting people living with disability and navigating the NDIS. He is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful improvements in their mobility, independence, confidence and overall quality of life.
With extensive experience across the disability sector, Matt takes a holistic, person-centred approach to physiotherapy, working closely with participants, families, support workers and care teams. He develops practical, individualised rehabilitation strategies that align with each participant’s goals, functional needs and NDIS supports, with a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes in everyday life.
Matt utilises a broad range of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across aquatic and land-based settings, including manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and balance and mobility retraining. His clinical scope includes the assessment and management of complex neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and age-related conditions, with a focus on mobility, falls prevention, strength, balance, gait, transfers, pain and functional independence.
Outside of physiotherapy, Matt enjoys staying active through CrossFit, watching football, spending time with friends and family, and unwinding with a good TV series or movie.

Jarrad’s expertise includes rehabilitation, adaptive fitness, chronic pain management, and healthy aging. He has a proven ability to motivate and support clients of all ages, creating programs that enhance strength, mobility, and quality of life.

Dan is a dedicated exercise physiologist with a strong passion for optimising human performance, and improving overall health and well-being. Since graduating Southern Cross University in 2021, Dan has successfully helped numerous patients achieve their fitness goals through individualised programming, and providing personalised health guidance.
Additionally, Dan brings additional expertise as a strength and conditioning coach, enabling him to effectively enhance performance, prevent injuries, and improve quality of life.
Dan's deep understanding of exercise physiology, coupled with his ability to motivate and educate patients has allowed him to create an empowering and supportive environment, ensuring patients reach their full potential through their health journeys.
In his time off, Dan enjoys training in the gym, catching up for coffee with friends, and relaxing on the couch at home.
